2019 Team Leader Meeting

Looking back, we have reaped abundant rewards and brimmed with enthusiasm; standing firm in the present, we are filled with confidence and passion; and as we look to the future, we are vibrant and resolute. On February 26, Haoye Company held its first team‑leader meeting of 2019. Attending the meeting were General Manager Xu, Section Chief Xu, Factory Director Wang, along with the management personnel from both workshops. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Xu.

At the meeting, General Manager Xu provided a brief review of the company’s performance in 2018 and outlined his vision for the year ahead. As the old adage goes, “The whole year’s work depends on the spring,” and for the new year, he introduced a fresh motto: “Take your time—there’s no need to rush; do things well—and do them right.”

The convening of this working conference has undoubtedly charted the course, set the goals, and clarified the tasks for the year ahead.
