If everyone in a company from management to frontline workers can be fully responsible for his tasks, then such a company will thrive sooner or later; otherwise, if everyone shirks responsibilities or emphasizes objective reasons, the company will be hopeless.
In the vast business sea, diligence will achieve excellence. We stress respect yourself and start from practical things：
1. Requirements to employees: More communication, fewer complaints, more understanding, fewer disputes, self-improvement, benign competition, mutual appreciation, mutual support
2. Requirements to management team: Study every day, innovation every month, progress every year, rapid respond, immediate action, complete today’s work today.
3. Requirements to customer service personnel: Understand competition among peer enterprises lies in details and service, pursue a rapid and efficient customer service system, create a service platform of “Coexistence & Win-win” for customers and adhere to the service commitment of “Return the customers with integrity”.
The development of Haoye depends on you, me and him and is based on honesty, cooperation and mutual respect. Our working relationship is the most enjoyable. It is not terrible if there is any problem; as long as we strive to find a way, all problems can be solved.
